Joinery Production Manager

The successful applicant will be well versed in all aspects of the shop fitting/cabinetmaking trade, including knowledge of both construction methods and installation processes, the ability to interface CNC Machinery is essential. Our projects range from commercial cabinetry to luxury retail interior fit outs.
 

You would be expected to do the following:

  1. Set targets for manufacturing

  2. Order materials

  3. Review joinery drawings ready for production

  4. Oversee off-site fabrication and sub-trades

  5. Co-ordinate project outcomes with project managers and clients

  6. Drive a team of draftsmen and manufacturers to produce high-quality joinery manufacturing to firm tight timelines

You will be conscious of deadlines, a team player and have a friendly disposition, excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with suppliers and colleagues on all levels.
