Generations Medical

We recently had the privelige of building the medical centre I have dreamt about for years. From the design created by Ellivo Architects to the completion of the build, James and Nick from Shopfit Co have lead the team with confidence and professionalism which can only be gained through years of experience. They instil confidence at every step of the way and I can honestly say they are the most professional builders I have ever encountered. I think the biggest compliment that I have heard is that people are amazed at how closely the finished product matches, and indeed exceeds the concept renders originally produced.

Family Nurture

The Family Nurture clinic is on the Gold Coast, and I am the founder and owner. I was looking for a reliable fit-out company to do the fit-out built for my new clinic. I approached a few different companies just before the New Year 2022. None of them was happy even to entertain the idea of delivering the clinic in the time frame I was looking for, by May 2022, except the Shopfit Co.

Shopfit Co.’s quote was very competitive and far better than even the second company. This was very important for us, especially during the peak in the building industry, with increased prices and shortage of materials. Steve was happy to answer any inquiries promptly to move the project into its next stage.

After accepting the quote, the real and exciting part of the journey began. The project manager, James, is great and very approachable. He was always available to answer any inquiries or concerns. He made the process easy. His communication skills were excellent. There is no construction with no hiccups; however, James was letting me know about any concerns promptly and without asking on most occasions. He solved all as soon as they could. Occasionally, he suggested an alternative after discussing it with his team, and their suggestion mainly was better than the original plan. It was great to see that they quickly addressed any concerns or requests.

James had great attention to detail. I could easily trust that they would deliver as they promised, and they did. The quality of their work was excellent. They do all joinery themselves, which reduces the cost of the fit-out. They provide high-quality products.

I will go to them for my next project and will not look for an alternative.

Barber Academy

At the start of November, we were given the opportunity to move our Barber Academy into Robina shopping centre. Me being quite naïve had no idea of what I was letting myself in for.

Luckily, I had Madi from Ocean Club who was designing our project, immediately recommend Shopfit Co to do all our building work for our design.

I met Lachlan within a week of Madi recommending Shopfit co, Lachlan put my mind at rest by committing to the project straight away. Lachlan was open and honest that we had to move quick for our March 1st move in date. This meant that we would only have the month of February (shortest month of the year) to transform a previous storage room into the Academy of our dreams.

The process was super easy, with brilliant communication from the start, then once we were allowed works to start, Having James and Nick on site straight away and giving me constant communication was amazing. As this was my first time creating a space like this, I was on edge and very nervous about getting in on time. As it was so important for us to be in this space at the start of March due to our students and previous tenant, Shopfit Co went above and beyond to make sure that my business was not at risk and our students would not miss out on any education.

Every time I visited over the month of February James and Nick were on site constantly working with the other trades as well as getting their hands dirty themselves making sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Even though we had some speed bumps with the centre, James was straight on the phone to me with a solution on how we could get past this problem.

I would honestly never do a shopfit again without using Shopfit Co, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone in the company, Our students and staff are over the moon with how the space turned out and has given us the perfect platform to grow our business.
